Started back on Gluten free yesterday. I'm also trying to do low carb, no sugar, and no dairy. I'm already over it. Ha.

Blah to it all. Like I'm just going through the motions.
Questions or concerns?
How many of you did an HCG wash? I did it last time but might skip it this time due to having to take off more days. Also when did you do intralipids? I'm having a tough time dealing with Coram health (again).
For FET if you did Estrace how many did you take a day? What was lining thickness at last check?

I have about 10 people in my life who are pregnant so that is kinda rough.
I've made so many phone calls today to pharmacies, doctors offices, and so on. It is all so overwhelming and time consuming.
How are you doing with the holidays?
Fine since it has been a distraction.
Let's hope 2018 brings lots of babies on this board.

I did the HCG twice. Once before my first IVF retrieval for DC 1 and once before my first IVF retrieval for DC 2. I just went with it the second time around because it was part of the protocol.
For my FET, my estrace protocol went like this 2mg 1x a day for 5 days. 2mg 2x a day for 5 days, 2mg 3x a day for 5 days. I know I remained on estrace after my FET but I don't remember at what dose.

For my most recent FET I did 2mg oral estrace 2x/day for 10 days. I went for my first lining check and I don’t remember the thickness but we increased to 2mg 3x/day for a week. I went back and my lining was good to transfer but my RE felt we could do better. I remained on that dose another week and was at 9+ and triple layered.
Every protocol is different per cycle and per person. No two FETs were the same for me.
