I've never found a store that would take more than one formula check, but you can use the formula check and a manufacturer coupon at once. My pediatrician's office had $2 off coupons. Also, at BJs you can use the check+ manufacturer coupon + BJs coupon.
I've never been asked for ID.

Target in westbury used to 5 years ago when my middle was a baby. They probably stopped doing this then.
