What town would you move to?
If you could move to any town in Suffolk County, and school district was not an issue, where would you move? And why? (mostly western-ish Suffolk, but open to hearing about anywhere in Suffolk)

What town would you move to?
I would move back to the town I grew up in St.James/Smithtown, for obviously reasons. It was my home for so long.
I would also consider the Dix Hills/Huntington area too.

I live in Stony Brook now, if I had to pick anywhere I would still pick Stony Brook. There is great shopping and dining here, I love being on the North Shore, and I love the neighborhoods and tree canopied streets. It reminds me a lot of New England which I love!!

St. James! My mom always cleaned houses and growing up, I'd help her during the summer. There were these houses in St. James she cleaned and I was obsessed with them and the town.

DH wants Sayville. I want west islip where I grew up or Babylon. I'd also be happy staying in Lindenhurst.

We love living in Islip. Small town feel, lots to do, plenty of parks and beaches, the library is great. Sayville, Smithtown, Oakdale, West Sayville and Stony Brook would also be on my list.

My requirements would be waterfront with an active village so Babylon, Sayville, Huntington, Northport and, if I didn't have to commute anywhere, I would consider Port Jeff

What town would you move to?
From Northport so that would be my first choice but I commute to queens so we chose commack.
But no commute? Northport, st James, Smithtown, , and also commack.
While I love centerport, too, property is small.

We bought our first house in West Islip. We lived there for 6 years. I also grew up nearby.
When we were looking for a bigger house, I wanted West Islip or Babylon.
We ended up in Northport Village.
We've been here almost 8 years.
I wouldn't live anywhere else now.
