If you can't find anyone, just go on their website and they will assign you a rep

You have to click on catalog on their site and it's on page 6 and 7 when you click to turn the pages:

I'm pretty sure Kris no longer sells initials inc. I tried contacting her in February. I ended up finding someone on Facebook that sells and I ordered through her. Let me know if you'd like the contact info. I got my bag in a week and a half. It's my second one trip wonder bag.

Really? Not even a snap button? I thought it would at least have that. I hate bags without a closure. I need something to keep everything from falling out when they fall over in the car and stuff.
