You mean the number assigned to you? All I've heard is that "busy" weeks = going through more numbers. So if you call on the first day, and the range is hundreds away still from yours, you may be safe if it's a week-span that may be slow in the courts (i.e. Week around a major holiday, Impending snow storm, etc.). If it's a busy week, then they will go through more numbers and more likely your number will eventually be gotten to.
