Samsung tv breaking down
I don't have a Samsung tv, but my parents do and it broke. They are out of the warrantee time but said they would send someone to fix it. It took a week to order the part and they waited three separate days for repair guy and everyday the place calls to say they guy is in heart failure. They are in Fla and getting so upset about this. I looked online and there is no corporate number that is in service. Years back my Sony tv broke and I was out of warrantee and they sent me a brand new one. Has anyone had problems with Samsung products breaking and dealing with the repairs?

Our Samsung tv broke years ago and Best Buy gave us a new one.

If the guy is in heart failure, they don't have another tech? So if this guy has to be out for 3 months due to his heart, that's it? They close up shop?
Sounds shady to me.
I'd try the number listed above and see if they can get you another repair place

They use an electronic place according to where you live. The place is 60 miles away. Ordered part and now guy cant do it and there is no one else. They are so stressed about this everyday. I will try the number posted on here. I called a corporate number listed online but it is not in service.

Yes it was. But it was under Best Buy's extra warranty
