Politics Board
Maybe TPTB should make a politics board and move all the political posts over there. That way if you aren't in the mood for it you don't even have to see it. Of course this board would probably not have many posts but I think it's worth considering.

Once I asked for a Disney board because they take up the majority of space on the travel board and never will i have plans to open these threads. TPTB didnt create one though so i have to skip over them

LOL I was just going to post about that! The travel board is basically the DISNEY board with a few non Disney travel posts sprinkled in. You really have to sift through it to find anything NOT related to Disney or a Disney cruise.
But yeah, I don't see a new board happening.

The political posts are the only things even keeping this forum on life support right now. If the political posts moved so would all the minimal action they attract and the only thread you would see here is the occasional "how much $ should I give to my 3rd cousin's 4th backyard wedding?" ...
You could just skip them and not open political threads. No biggie.

Agreed! I haven't been on the board as much because I try to stay away from political posts. I absolutely understand why it's been this way but I always came on here for fun & for advice, recommendations, etc. A political board would be a perfect solution. Been a number lately lol.

I am guessing that this site makes enough money in advertisement revenue that it is now passive income for Ron. He does not need to invest much time or effort in it anymore, but it still brings in a paycheck.
