nutrisystem/WW/Jenny?
Has anyone done any of these diets, or a different one that they'd recommend? I want to start on a post-baby diet..
Thanks!

nutrisystem/WW/Jenny?
I've done all three and am currently doing ww.
Back when I did nutrisystem, the food was awful and I only lost weight because I wasn't finishing my meals. Jenny Craig had good tasting food but I couldn't afford how much it was a week to purchase (this was in 2007 and I think I was spending 125 a week on meals, crazy).
I am currently on ww, and I combine that with the 21 day fix work out routine. I've lost 20 pounds since March and have been maintaining since. What's nice about ww is that I can make my own meals, thus watching the sodium in take and cooking them to my preference. Plus if I want a few chips, I just add them in my points.

I did Jenny years ago. I loved it and I mostly kept the weight off. It's super easy because you just heat the food and eat. The food itself is hit or miss, some was gross, some was surprisingly good. I remember the brownies being amazing.
I met with a consultant which was great until mine moved and they gave me a lunatic. If I ever did it agin (I also have a few post baby lbs on me) I would just do it online.

This is what I did as well to lose the weight after my first baby. WW plus 21 day fix workouts. I also ran a few times a week as well.
I did drink Shakeology as my breakfast from BeachBody - so good and really kept me full until lunch. It was about 125 a month for the shakes, but i really enjoyed them. I plan to drink them again once I am done BF my 2nd.
And WW is super easy to follow and much cheaper than the other options since you are just eating reg food - just within calorie intake. And once you get used to it, you become very conscious of what you are eating and its pretty easy to maintain. I gained about 60 lbs with my first and I lost all of it. I've gained about the same the 2nd time around... So I will be doing this ALL over again in a few months...

I feel like WW is the most realistic to maintain over a long period of time.

nutrisystem/WW/Jenny?
I use Jenny Craig, and it always works for me. I got a lifetime membership several years ago and it was the best money I've ever spent since I have gone back several times when I feel I need to lose 5-10 pounds.

Re: nutrisystem/WW/Jenny?
I am doing WW again ... First 2 time was after having my DC I lost 40+ pounds each time with in less than a year. I worked out the first time around but not the second that much.
I then gained basically all of it back but that was because I was eating what I want and not working out. I have to accept the fact that I can't just do that and my body is not like others who can
I am now on it again joined about mid april down 30.8 pounds as of tuesday and that's with weight gain from being on vacation and having a bad week! I was running when I first started but havent been running again since end of may when I got back from vacation.
I plan to start again and after I have lost all the weight I am hoping by running and basically eating what I eat now and cooking using recipes from cookbooks like skinnytaste I will keep it all off this time.
I can't track points for the rest of my life I am very committed to tracking now I weigh everything I can but I can't keep it up because in the long run I don't like it. I hate dieting!

Re: nutrisystem/WW/Jenny?
WW. The program always works, just sometimes I give up. I lost 42 pounds last year and gained 18 back when I temporarily lost my mind. I started back 2 weeks ago and I'm down 6. I never feel deprived.

I used to run a Jenny Craig center so most of my experience is with them.
Feel free to let me know if you have any specific questions about them.

Re: nutrisystem/WW/Jenny?
I use the my fitness pal app
It helps me track my foods and has made me realize exactly how much I usually over eat.
I have done WW in the past and have lost with it. But the last 2 times they changed the entire program really annoyed me. Learning and relearning the points felt like a job so now wih myfitnesspal, it's calorie based. Nothing to learn there. Stay within the allowed calories and you will lose weight

Re: nutrisystem/WW/Jenny?
I've been on a weight loss program with a health coach. I've lost about 10lbs in 2 weeks. The health coach and having 24 hour support really makes the difference. There's also a nutritionist available at any time to call. Let me know if you're interested and I'll fm you his contact info.

Re: nutrisystem/WW/Jenny?
I've done WW, Jillian Michaels, My Fitness Pal app, Nutri System. The detox tea thing & every pill under the sun.
I watched for 2 years as a girl I knew lost all her weight & put on muscle in all the right places. Even through her 3rd pregnancy. So I jumped in.
It's the Beachbody programs... 21 day fix, Cize etc. & I drink Shakeology. I've lost 13lbs in just under 3 months, my clothes are falling of of me, I haven't seen this number on the scale in over 16 years maybe more! I have a shake a day & I follow the nutrition program although I've had plenty of treats & alcohol and I go to yoga 2x's a month. This month I committed to the workouts everyday & I can't wait to see my results.
I love this program! Feel free to PM me if you have any questions & good luck.

I've only done ww. In 2007, I joined and lost 120 lbs. But, shortly thereafter, I got sick and was put on steroids for about a year. Unfortunately, the steroid made me gain most back. I am back on no and have lost 30 lbs since April.

Re: nutrisystem/WW/Jenny?
I'm doing ww and down 22 lbs in 3 mos. I like that my whole family is eating healthy, and all the same food, and that my daughter won't ever be introduced to the concept of a "diet", or ask why mommy is eating different food, etc.
