Anyone have anyone they use and love? Mine went on maternity leave and the replacement they sent is awful. I need someone who is somewhat punctual, is THOROUGH and speaks at least a little English- mine does not understand when I ask her to make sure something in particular is done, don't touch the baby bottles- really not a single word of English and it is sometimes necessary to communicate!
