Vent: Ok.. seriously tired of hail

Ugh

Enough already.

We no likie!

Last time it was widespread and majorly destructive. Generally we just get pockets. But this last time the whole city got hit. Remember we are a rather large city in square miles so it's no easy feat to have one weather pattern affect the whole town at once.

Our office had shattered glass and branches everywhere. Half my coworkers have homeowners and auto claims. ALL of our clients have claims. There's a 5 week wait in our town for auto repairs and absolutely NO rentals. In a tourist town! Over 1Million residents. Toss a rock and you'll hit an adjuster or an out of town roofer these days.

I live north of town about 6miles outside our outter-most loop. Geographically, I was in the safe area. The inner loop and in were all affected.

Last week at work we got hit again. Sat in my office watching relatively harmless pea-size hail batter everyone's cars in the lot. But it was horrifically black, windy, raging rain. Houston is floating, Dallas was battered with Hail as well.

And even tho we have odd ball 90 degree temps today, they say tomorrow more hail.

Ugh! Enough!
