Fish oil
Recommendation of fish oil pills without aftertaste?
I'd prefer ones without shellfish
Tried gummies - blech
Sundown - was ok but then an hour later, the gross burps started. Blech x2
Help!
I need to add fish oil to my diet to help lower cholesterol

PRN pharmaceuticals. Flex omega. I buy them from my chiropractor. high grade, no after taste. very good stuff.

I usually buy Costco brand. LOL I have also found that if you take it right after a meal, you get no yucky burps afterwards.

I think this is the one we use. Once in a very blue moon I'll get the nasty burp, but so rarely.
