Senor Taco. I believe there are 2 locations. One is in Holbrook.
Not sure where the other is.

Del Fuego - Babylon village. I always get their tacos when I go. My favorites are the fish taco, carnitas, and beef brisket.
They have locations in St. James and Patchogue also.
