state exam: how would you interpret this
i must be going insane. What does this mean to you when you read this sentence:
Admission to Examination Notice to appear for the test may be conditional as review of applications may not be made until after the test.

OK I could be wrong here but I'm thinking it means that we will send you a notice so you can take the test, but just know that you might not actually be eligible to take it & we won't realize that until after you've actually already taken the test because we won't check beforehand. Does that make sense??

This! Basically they might not be able to verify all the info on the application until later so the reserve the right to be able to void your test.

I'm more awake now! Ok now I understand the statement (if that's their intent) but still hate this state. How ass backwards can they be

Re: state exam: how would you interpret this
The county is the same way. So many people pay to take the tests, they can't review the qualifications prior to the test.

they could certainly try to argue it. i'd argue our taxes are paying for their job to do that review
