Re: What's the best place to order flowers online for delivery to Manhattan?
My husband has sent me things from Proflowers and from a really nice florist that's near my job.
Proflowers is great - no complaints. I've seen some of the things 1800 Flowers has sent to coworkers and it just doesn't look as nice.
Or google for a local florist by the office and check out reviews - they may have a nicer selection than ordering online (and faster delivery too)

Do not use 1800 flowers. DH sent me flowers many times to work and half the time they never get delivered and then its an excuse after excuse. I used them for Admin day and again never delivered.
I would use a local florist. You can look up review on yelp.
