Taxes - new home
We sold our co-op last year in the city and bought a house on LI. Is there anything I should bring to my accountant (other than the typical mortgage tax docs, etc) regarding the move/new house/home improvements, etc ?

we needed to show our closing statement which showed the breakdown of all the payments made that day

Yup- closing statement. I just brought the entire stack of paperwork from closing. We use the HUD and then the statement that our bank sent us. We had no issues
