My dad passed when I was 12 and I wish I just had his handwriting, letters, etc.

These are all awesome ideas. I loved reading all of your advice. I do give her books every Christmas with a note from me. So, the ornament idea could be totally cute from him. Thank you so much ladies! I have a touch decision!

i used to collect small porcelain animal figurines and had them all displayed in a cabinet.
Then i moved on to gargoyles 
Then i grew to loathe clutter, but now live with a Star Wars collector.. so yeah
