Good Oral Surgeon in Suffolk
I really need help finding a good oral surgeon in the suffolk area: any of these areas or surrounding areas (medford, holtsville, holbrook, lake grove, smithtown, farmingville, stonybrook) and they need to take insurance- we have delta dental/bcbs.

I used Dr. Mario Capuano in Selden.
He was excellent
Same, had some surgery done by him outpatient at St. Charles I think it was. He was wonderful... (and 10 years ago, he wasn't too hard on the eyes, either!)
Also used Dr. Sharon Pollick in Patchogue for my wisdom teeth. That was a lot of years ago, and it was in-office - not in a hospital. The procedure went well and I remember liking her and the staff well enough. I wound up with a dry socket while at work in the city. The train ride home was worse than hell on earth. I showed up at her office, dazed and miserable the next day (I don't think I even called!) and she put some magic stuff in the socket, it felt better instantly and I hugged her and told her she was my new best friend.

Yes Dr Capuano was pretty hot back when he did my extraction.( Probably about 8- 10 years ago as well.) It was painless, he made it painless. LOL
Not sure what he looks like now... but back then, even my mom, who drove me, caught a glimpse of him and called him Dr Hottie.

Any of the doctors in Dr Capuano's group are good. Also Dr Anthony Casino (not his partners) in centereach is excellent. My dad needed very advanced surgery and that is who we used. I have been in the dental field since 1988 so I know just about every dentist on Long Island.
