Norhung I wouldn't normally cook. Just dinner for later since we can't go out to dinner like our normal Saturday night. Making Skinny Taste Chicken Brocolli Noodle casserole. It's delicious.

Re: What are you cooking for the blizzard
This is royally screwing up my diet but.... made brownies, pumpkin bread, chocolate chip pumpkin muffins and heated up the chicken soup I made last week. I just put a bunch of extra rotisserie chicken and no noodles (to make myself feel better) but I topped it with a bunch or romano cheese lol. So delish. Tonight going to try a new chicken recipe from Pinterest, just not sure which one and tomorrow a fabulous pot roast with buttered egg noodles. I'll try to resist the noodles but will probably fail miserably.

Chocolate challah in the breadmaker, slow cooked tomato sauce in the oven (I was trying to make it in the slow cooker but it wasn't cooking down at all). But I think I made it too spicy :( Anyone have any idea how to tone the spice down?
And I am making whisky-dijon beef stew for dinner.

What are you cooking for the blizzard
I really wanted to make french onion soup for lunch but didn't realize I was lower on onions so that was out. I did pesto baked chicken and caramelized onion risotto which was really yummy and made up for no soup! Champagne had been opened and we'll break out some brownie sundaes after the kids are sleeping.
