Shutterfly problems?
Is anyone else having issues with shutterfly? I placed an order for Christmas cards last Saturday and it still says " in production". They shipped 2 magnets that I ordered. I know its a very busy time for them but have never seen them this slow?

They are very slow this year, took 2.5 weeks to receive my cards and I paid rush fees. When I complained, I was sent a 40% off coupon off more cards, so I won't be ordering through them again.

I am having the same problem with Snapfish. I ordered two things one was shipped other says still in process. I contacted them yesterday and they said it was because of the time of year. Probably same thing with Shutterfly.

i used them last year. i ordered the cards before thanksgiving. i wanted to make sure that i got them in time.. i knew once thansgiving came, it would be real busy
