Knee Cramping
Has anyone ever experienced this? This is pregnancy #3 for me-i'm 19 weeks and I keep waking up at night with horrible charlie horse type cramps in my knees.

It's possible it's low potassium. I get them and drink Gatorade, or bananas, and kiwis.
Could it possibly be restless leg syndrome? That's what I get when I'm pregnant and it's horrible, but I haven't found anything that helps.
