Just heard on 1010 Wins that Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are divorcing.
Is this accurate? They cited a credible country news source.

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are getting divorced ... TMZ has learned.
The couple filed divorce docs a while ago, and a judge is expected to officially end their 4 year marriage today. We're told Blake is the one who filed.
We're also told all the financial arrangements have been worked out ... made easy by the fact that they have a prenup.
The divorce was filed in Oklahoma.
Our sources say he will get the ranch in Oklahoma and she'll get the family home in Nashville. Our sources say Miranda has been moving her show animals -- horses, a camel and a llama -- off the ranch in the last few days.
The couple says, "This is not the future we envisioned and it is with heavy heart that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real family, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter."
Blake's famously talked about falling in love with Miranda in 2005, when they performed a duet of "You're the Reason God Made Oklahoma."

Not that they made public --- he, apparently, was still married to his ex-wife when him and Miranda got together. Now, I don't know if they were really separated but legally married when he got together with Miranda or if he was really doing the whole full-on two-timing. I have no clue.
But, as far as him and Miranda go - I have no clue but I think the fact that he has a pretty serious drinking consumption problem likely led to a lot of the issues and stress.

He was married when he met Miranda. I don't find it surprising at all.
After she won a bunch of Country music awards she said in her interview that she hadn't seen him all day, never mentioned him in her speeches and mentioned how they lead separate lives, or something like that.

Could be, but another site said that HE is the one who filed for the divorce. Not that that necessarily means anything, but would lead me to believe it wasn't about him cheating. Regardless, it's sad

When two people amicably choose to divorce and discuss things, especially if they are in the public eye, they can choose one way or another -- I remember with my ex-DH, we sat down and the mediator lined out a bunch of reasons why I should be the one who "files" and then a bunch of reasons why he should and then we chose one. So I wonder if that is what happened here. Who knows though. But one person or they other has to be chosen - it can't be a joint thing.
I don't feel he cheated as much as he has a lot of issues and they led separate lives for too long.

Absolutely - I get it, but I just wouldn't jump to the conclusion that it was because he cheated. could be be for sure - where there's smoke, there's fire, but like you said, there seems to have been other issues as well.

This. I also remember a year or so ago reading an interview with Miranda saying she wanted to start having kids and he didn't.

Seriously. Have any of you seen them together? She seems to want nothing to do with him in public  I am shocked they lasted this long. I love her - I can take him or leave him. He seems like a sleezy guy.

There was drama with her and the pistol Annie's and the last thing they did together was sing on blakes song. I think the problems started there. It's been really obvious on social media that they've been separated, she hasn't posted a thing about him in ages.

Not surprised in the least. I remember actually posting on here a few months ago when the CMA's or Grammys were on TV that every time they showed them sitting together they seemed very distant. Like she barely paid him any attention and I don't think she even hugged or kissed him when she won. I think this has been a long time coming.
