Mouth bleeding?
Once and a while when I go to get DD in the morning I notice red, pink, or brown stains about the size of a potato pancake on her sheet. It looks a little like dried blood, She is always otherwise clean. No blood on her blanket, clothes, or skin. I thought once maybe it was teething related, but she has all her canines and I think she is still a few months away from the last set of molars. It's hard to get a good look all the way back there, so I can't be sure. Anyone else experience this or know what it is? TIA

Re: Mouth bleeding?
This happened to my DD a lot when she was an infant. I thought it was blood then after a while realized it was drool mixed with a little of her TriVisol vitamin drops.

This. I just took DS to the dr because he fell and his teeth were bleeding, and I wanted to make sure they were still intact. She did test him for this virus first that is currently going around. He didn't have it, but it causes bleeding in the mouth.

OMG WORST VIRUS EVER!!!!!! It started with a fever and things just got worse and worse. She got 2 pimples on her face and then it then got like 6 around her mouth. She was in so much pain! Omg she would be hungry but then cry while feeding bc her mouth was killing her. My dd had swollen gums and everything. The only thing she could take was Tylenol. A week later, she is now feeling a little better- pimples are drying up, not bleeding as much and is eating without crying. We had to switch to soft baby food bc the doc told us that would make it easier for her to eat.
How is ur baby feeling now? Did u take him/her to the doc?

This sounds like it could have been HF&M or something. Sorry your LO was so sick. I am pretty sure my DD's thing is teething related. She seems fine but fits all the symptoms of tooth pain.
