2 year old acting out after new baby is born

i just had another baby and my 2 year old is acting out, which i expected. and during the day we do our best to make sure to give her attention, involve her, take turns having one on one time with her etc.

i think the hardest part has been bedtime. bedtime used to be so smooth, we had a great routine which dd knew and loved and would practically jump into bed. now she pushes to stay up, watch one more show, read one more book, etc. which is fine to a point. but then its screaming kicking to get her in the crib, crying herself sick practically

any advice?

Ride it out. My almost 3 yr old had a terrible sleep regression. 2.5 months later we're back on track.

Nothing worked for us, we just had to ride it out. It gets better/easier, I promise.

My 22 month old is having a bit of a difficult time also with the new baby. Sleep at night is a mess. He started refusing to sleep in his crib before the new baby was born so we converted into a toddler bed which was going ok but now there is just no way to get him to stay in it. He fights to stay up. Been going to bed so much later than before. I don't have any tips just that I am in the same situation as you. I am just gonna let it play out. The baby is still new and he is adjusting I am sure things will get better.
