I felt really horrible too but then I found out there is way more to the story. She is the one that got him kicked out of the U.S. With the intention that then he couldn't see his kids. However it backfired on her because the judge ruled he gets full custody and she gets to visit since he isn't allowed in the U.S.
So she tried to eff him and prevent him from his kids and in turn got screwed. If he wasn't banned from the U.S. Then she would be able to probably have joint custody and they would live with her.
I don't know why he was kicked out. He's a German born living in France. If I were her I would have moved to France.
Although in general it's so weird that American born kids aren't allowed to live here. So I am saying I don't agree with it and think it's wrong. But it wouldn't have happened if she was trying to royally scree him.
