yes, the neighbor set up the flashlights, but it could have easily been abby who put the flashlight right back where she found it.
and could have taken jess' jacket because of the rain...but then how'd the jacket disappear from the woods that day he chased tyler?
I think that Cornell said that they had it - I dont know HOW they got it so fast but they have it

Also, just to add, Abby knew where the key was to Jess' house when Ben asked. And didn't they say within the first episode or so that they (meaning Ben and the girls) were trying to teach Tom how to swim?

Ryan is on The View right now.
And they asked if he knew who did it.
He said yes. And he said the finale is pretty devastating. If you watched the show up till this point and have been invested. You will be effected.
Hmmmm...so now I'm thinking it can be his daughter

Abby? More like Sybil. Jeez!!! I hope there is a second season. I bet the mother turns her in because she's so nutso.
ETA: I would also like to not have to see a dead child again. Tom and my DS resemble each other and I find the whole thing so disturbing.

After the first episode I looked up the Australian version and it was also the daughter that did the killing so I knew how it would end. Kinda sick that they have a child killing a child. I didn't even bother watching after I learned that is how it might go down in the US version.
