Keep Your Fingers Crossed For Us!
DH and I found a beautiful house yesterday in East Rockaway. The seller is quick to move so the price was really good. We made an offer and it was accepted!!!!!!
The engineer is coming on Tuesday so please keep your fingers crossed that the report comes back good.
DH and I are getting so frustrated with the home buying process -- we had a house; we let it go because of the report. We had an accepted offer on anothe house, then the seller couldn't decide what she wanted to do.
Now we're here, in East Rockaway and so excited.
I really, really hope this one doesn't fall through. Fingers crossed please!!!

My friend lives off hewlet bay park road - near the beach, and my other friend used to live in one of the house near the water - thats a nice area...
