Did anyone finance through the construction company? AND GOING through homeowners...
We have a bad garage roof apparently. Our entire floor is wet in the garage. I would like to peak the roof and not get a flat one again. Do I go through home owner's?
Has anyone financed construction through the company? I don't think we could afford all of converting the garage into a living space which is what I want to do. But, if I am doing the roof... wouldn't it be easier?

We financed some of our construction through our construction company. We were able to do 0% for 5 years through our contractor if we paid the interest charges up front.
