Aruba with two kids?
My husband and I are going to Aruba in April with our two kids (ages 5 and 2). We've never traveled to such a place with them and I want to make sure I don't forget anything! What should I pack (or not pack)? I'm sure there are things I wouldn't even think of!

Aruba with two kids?
Plenty of sunscreen. Hats, sunglasses. You are much closer to the equator and the sun is MUCH stronger. I got sun poisoning when I went back in 2008. You can buy aloe there in case of sun burn, Aruba manufactures their own aloe and it's fabulous. Bring some home!
It's very windy there, so bring light jackets for the evening.

We're going next week!
Been going every year since the boys were babies. They're 5 and 3 now.
Packing lots of bathing suits and rash guards bc we're on the beach all day mostly. Between the pool, sand and ocean and walking around you really don't need anything else during the day. Very casual.
Lots of sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, floaties or puddle jumpers, crocs or sandals, after sun lotion, shorts and shirt for night dinners, activities like coloring for restaurants, iPad, movies on iPad, games for iPad, beach bag, plastic bags for snacks on the plane and beach, water bottles (drink lots of water), little first aide kit or travel kit, light pajamas, etc.
I think I got it all. The timeshare we stay at has a bucket of sand toys so they use that but since we go with my il's I'm sure they'll buy them stuff too.
It's a great island. Weather is beautiful! Have fun. There's a grocery store we always go to do we have stuff in the room and we pack to bring on the beach too.

Benedryl for the whole family! It's prescription there and I found out the hard way.... So throw some in your toiletries bag
As everyone said lots of sunscreen and a couple rash guards for kids

Medical stuff like band aides, alcohol wipes benedyrll neosporin, snacks small games/toys for flight, sneakers flip flops sunglasses sunscreen.
