Re: 21 day fix meals and tips

For snacks I do a lot of greek yogurt with almonds or dried coconut.

I look a lot of extra lean turkey chop meat to use for many dinners such as pasta, pizzas, etc.

I'm almost done with round 2, I've found and tried so many great recipes that it is hard to list.

If you have a specific type of food you are looking to use let me know.

21 day fix meals and tips

thanks everyone!

I have been doing salads with lean protein, beans and a lil balsamic. Pizzas on flat outs. Made a 21 day baked ziti recipe I found on pinterst for dinner and froze it for the future.

Also I had some shakeology left over from when I bought it a while back but IMO it is way overpriced and I just switched to a protein shake with similar nutritional value.

I have been doing some workouts on my treadmill but have a bad cold and havent been working out as much as I would like but 6 days in and I lost 6 lbs!!! I had 12lbs of baby weight left so that was my motivation, this plan really works!

I just ordered it with shakeology and I'm going to do a challenge later this month. I'm really hoping it works for me.

Chat Icon it works! I am doing on my own bc I didnt buy it. I dont need a workout video and it was easy enough to google container sizes and calorie amount etc. but I am amazed at how good it is.

Re: 21 day fix meals and tips

I just made an awesome lunch (could easily be dinner). I used a little, probably less then a teaspoon of sesame oil in a wok. One garlic clove chopped small. Then I added two green containers of frozen stir fry veggie mix. Cooked for a few minutes then pushed to the side. I cooked 7 shrimp, which was 1 red. Then I tossed the shrimp and veggies together and added red pepper flakes. I tossed in a yellow container of brown rice left over from last nights dinner and a little low sodium soy sauce. I tossed it all together until the rice was heated. It was absolutely delicious and very filling.

Last nights dinner was cod, brown rice and steamed green beans tossed with a little coconut oil and garlic powder.

Other then that I've been pretty basic- flat out salad pizza, shakeology, cottage cheese, apple, etc...

Re: 21 day fix meals and tips

5 days in, and 5lbs down. Chat Icon I would live to eat some junk, don't get me wrong, but I'm also not feeling as deprived as I expected. This is really not too bad and I'm enjoying my morning workouts. I'm hoping for 10lbs over the 3 weeks, and I think if I stick to it, that is an attainable goal.
