Which company offers medical with IF coverage?
I need to switch jobs and would like to have fertility coverage when I switch. Than would be a must for me.

Which company offers medical with IF coverage?
It's hard to say because companies offer different plans.
I.e: a co worker of mine has a different plan than me, with no coverage and I have full.

Which company offers medical with IF coverage?
I have Empire NYSHIP (public school teacher) and I have a $50,000 lifetime maximum for IVF. Even though its called Empire NYSHIP, my actual card says United Healthcare on it, so perhaps look at jobs that carry that insurance? Good luck!

Knowing the employer industry a bit, you need to find a large employer. Any company that is smaller in size, 50 employees and under will not have IVF coverage for sure as the insurance marketplace doesn't provide for it. Others who are between 100 and 1000 still may not. Whatever your industry, go for a large company where you will find rich benefits.

Cablevision offers 10k lifetime excluding IVF and 15k lifetime of prescriptions.

It's not the Insurance Company that determines IF coverage. It's the employee's company that purchases the specific insurance plan from the insurance company.
I think it would be really hard, if not impossible, to get a job based on whether the insurance policy will cover IF. Getting a job is hard enough without that added criteria.

Kozy Shack pudding, seriously! They were rated one of the best in the NATION a few years ago and have jobs here on LI. Check sites like Resolve, they probably have a resource for questions like this. I saw the Kozy Shack thing in a magazine that used to be in RE's offices, can't think of the name of it though.

I have Empire NYSHIP and work for the MTA. I have $50,000 IVF coverage. I have done one fresh cycle and I still have about $40,000 left. I only paid a co-pay once I was pregnant and for medication.

I work for a local hospital and have UHC. Keep in mind there are three different options and 2 of them don't cover IVF. Then they have Empire and a zillion other ones my colleagues have. It really varies

DH had IF coverage at Time Warner Cable. We had UHC and the majority of my IVF was covered.
We were offered the choice of 2 plans. We had the higher one at TWC but both offered similar coverage. (I Think it was UHC standard and UHC select.) I just remember the select package covered 90% birth expenses and other one only covered 80%.

Totally depends on the company. DH works for a large bank but because the plan is "self funded" they aren't required to offer infertility coverage. As a result we have zero coverage!
