i use one, but she's not on here. ( i'm in NJ) but i just wanted to say that its SO worth using one!! they don't cost anything (they get kickbacks ffrom Disney) and they're so helpful with doing all the dining reservations, Fastpass, setting up airport transport, answering questions... i've been to disney probably 12 times now and still like having somebody to ask questions to! LOL
