IMSI?
Hello ladies!
Do any of you know which clinic/lab performs Intracytoplasmic morphologically selected sperm injection (IMSI, picking out morphologically normal sperms using super high magnification microscope to inject them into eggs, it's a variation of ICSI)? It's also called High Resolution Sperm Selection (HRSS).
My husband has high DNA fragmentation, and several cycles with PICSI still gave us subpar results.
We are moving on to surrogacy at this point, and running out of insurance coverage, so we need to have every cycle count.

Dr. Braverman has it listed on his site; so I would think his Lab would be able to perform it?
Also; New Hope Fertility Center in NY does.
I assume your DH has already tried High Dose Supplements/Antioxidants?

Thanks a lot, I do know about those 2.
I am already with Braverman, but 1 IVF with him will wipe out my insurance coverage.
As for New Hope, I am planning to meet with them, but I am concerned about the recent FDA violations.
And yes, he is already on the antioxidants for a long time, doesn't make much diff (he had a surgery for varicocele last summer, didnt help)

Its worth a shot; but have you also looked in to North Shore as well to see if they do this?
