Red dress .......Red lips?
I'm a minimalist -
Blonde, fair skin, hazel eyes - I usually downplay the eye makeup b/c my eyes are on the smaller side, and I 'can' pull off a red lip .......
but is it too much w/ a red dress?
Do I NEED to do up the eyes instead and go nude-ish on the lips?

I'm thinking a light glossy pink lip (or even a dark pink matte lip) with light colored eye shadow with liquid liner that's not too thick.

My feeling is dark dramatic eyes and nude lip. I feel like red lip might be too much. But I'm more of an eye makeup than lip person in general!

YES! A red matte lip, with barely there nude lightly shimmer shadow, and a think black liner, with mascara..perfect!
