I can't go. I went from a clockwork schedule to barely going daily. I need to go. What can I take? I don't remember if I had this issue last time. I'm seeing the dr tomorrow but would really like to be past this by then. Chat Icon

You can take colace and check with your doctor about miralax. One OB in my practice said take it while another said not to.

Dh makes fun of me because I'm "setting up camp" in the bathroom. I figure the longer I stay in there the better my chances are lol.

Colace is safe. My doctor also said citrucel is fine...Also try increasing water and fiber intake.

And DEFINITELY don't strain or try to force yourself to go, you will do more bad than good.
