Peds First moms

Does anyone know if they still assign the surveys online with the new portal. DD has her 2.5 year well visit monday and I logged on but didn't see anything. Wondering if they did away with that thanks to the new portal. Really don't like this new portal at all!

my last appt i had to fill it out when i got there, but i never got a chance since i had to do all the info on that ipad type thing. i was kind of annoyed because they said as long as i had no concerns not to worry about the survey, but after i left i was kind of second guessing if i should have taken the time to fill it out bc what if there is something that needs to be addressed that i did not know about.

i am hoping by my next appointment the surveys are back on there!!

yes i think they took it away. they gave me regular paper forms and told me to do it in the office and they didnt seem to care or glance at it when I was done

Thanks, that stinks. It was so much easier to fill it out at home. And those tablets totally stressed me out!

I can still long in to the old portal, but it's not updated. Too bad, because it was much more convenient than those new orange tablets. I have had to go to Peds First five times in the past couple months, and it's annoying to continue to go through the same information over and over again, with two little kids running around the place.
