Rubbing eyes (teething and eating related)
Has anyone noticed their LO rubs their eyes a lot during meals while teething?
DD has been rubbing her eyes a lot when I put her in her chair to eat. She doesn't particularly enjoy eating in general, so I thought it was more of an avoidance tactic, but I definitely notice it more when she is teething.
ETA: she does it even when she is not tired.

DD definitely rubs her face a lot when teething. Eyes, ears, cheeks, etc... They know something in that region is bothering them, but it's hard to pinpoint it. That's my theory anyway, lol.

Yeah DS rubs his eyes while eating, often. And then gets food in his eyes. Which is awesome. I haven't noticed if it's more so during teething but like pp said, he rubs all over his face while teething so maybe?
