Technically, you can hold her. I just went with my toddler and he doesn't understand sitting and holding on, so the only ride he went on was the carousel. There are plenty of water areas to splash in and a car you can push him in.

There are a bunch she can do as long as she's walking. They have to sit on the seat next to you though, she can't be on your lap. There are plenty that have no height requirement and then of course the splash areas, parade, and characters are fun.

Sesame Place Question

I just came back from Sesame place. My son is almost 17 months and he was able to go on most of the rides. If you are not already planning on it I would definitely schedule a character lunch. It is a great way of seeing a lot of the characters and getting pictures without having to sit in line. I have season passes do feel free to message me with any questions

Re: Sesame Place Question

If she is a "hand held infant", which I assume means not walking solo, she can only sit on the bench part of the carousel.

When DS was just shy of 2 (he was fully walking at 11 months), he could go on pretty much everything, so there is a "sweet spot"...
