FYI, Elsa's Gown is on the Disney Website
Figures I spent months looking and just had my friend get it for my at Disney World on Friday, pretty funny!
Good luck getting one, I think size 3 is the only one sold out so far.

Thank you SO much for posting.  I jumped right online and FINALLY got one for my DD. She's going to be sooooooo happy, she's been begging for that dress since Xmas but I've never been able to get my hands on one.
ETA - I got a size 7/8, weren't sold out as of five minutes ago.
After I typed this I went back on, EVERY size is sold out.
