I absolutely think the belly bandit worked for me. I only wore it for about 3 weeks but it really helped make everything feel tighter after your stomach has stretched out. I had the original so I can't speak to the bamboo, but I think it's worth it.

A girl at my work swore by it. She had both and said bamboo more comfortable.

I have the bamboo the covering is softer then the original. I used mine sporadically the first few weeks. It helped my back more then anything- I have a short torso and found it uncomfortable to wear it for long periods of time. I still use it occasionally when my back is really sore. My stomach went down quickly without it.

I used the original and swear by it. You have to wear it for longer periods of time though for it to really work

Bamboo softer, but I was also fine with the original. Don't waste our money on the BFF one. It was so bulky and made it so obvious I was wearing it. And yes....I used all 3. In diff sizes bc my stomach went down so fast
