Anyone have their child with a modeling agency?
And if so, can you FM me? I'm debating between two different agencies, and am looking for feedback to help me choose.

I went to speak with a Childrens only one. It is a HUGE time commitment for very little money so we opted not to pursue it.

I wanted to look into it for DD but my best friend was one growing up and a girl I used to babysit did it and both said it took a lot of time and didn't pay well. plus some of the people you have to deal with are not worth it. but good luck on your journey.

Oh and a good agency will not take just anyone. The 2 I looked at will only take kids they know will work. Both were not huge agencies and not tons of clients but their clients worked
Both you email a picture of your child and they will only contact you if they think they can place them regularly.

Yeah, that I know. The two we're debating between are Generation and Zuri, both of which have very good reviews and track records.

I used generations. The owner is a no nonsense woman but she won't waste your time. So if she doesn't think they can work she won't even talk to you.

Yeah I've heard. After I submitted pictures, Patti emailed to set up a meeting so we'll see. Zuri sent me the paperwork already, but waiting for my mtg with Generation first to decide. Did you like Generation? Feel free to FM if better.

I've heard much better things about Zuri and they just set up their NY location a year or two ago.

Yeah, same. But Zuri doesn't meet with toddlers and accepted DD based on headshots, so not sure if that's good or bad. Generation wants to meet with my DD next week. Guess I'll just have to see how that goes.
