Re: highchair help

We have the Duodiner and are happy with it. My parents have a Chicco one, and I'm also happy with that. Honestly? I didn't do a whole lot of research on highchairs. I went to BBB and BRU, picked out the one that we liked best that was also a good price. With highchairs, you just put your baby in to feed him/her and then clean it. I don't think the "features" are all that important, IMO.

I'd also recommend not buying one now since I see you aren't due until August. You have months until you'll actually need it (after the baby is born!), so you might as well wait to see if newer models come out before then. Plus, they take up a lot of space to be sitting around for 6 months. Just register for whatever, and if you get it, then I'd return it and buy whatever you still need for a newborn.

Re: highchair help

I have the graco blossom and have been very happy with it. He now uses just the bottom half and its the perfect height for him to sit at the table "like a big boy". Also, the fact that the booster seat came with it was great. We traveled everywhere with that. The high chair cleans easy. I used the smaller tray rather than the big bulky one. I like that it had different options as he grew.

I don't know if it reclines, but that was never a feature I was interested in. The only thing I don't like about it is that you can't fold it up and put it away. I just always had it pushed back in a corner.

I would definitely recommend it though. It's a little pricey but given that it's 4 in one, you don't have to buy the travel high chair, or the space saver high chair or a booster so you save there.
