Singletons & Jakes
Has anyone been to Singletons (Hicksville) or Jakes (East Meadow) lately for dinner?

I hate singleton's the food is disgusting.

I haven't been to Jakes since last fall, but it was excellent- both the service and the food. Definitely not cheap but as parents of 2 little ones, it was great for a quiet "grown-up" dinner.

Jake's is awesome! Love it there. Great food and atmosphere! And the outdoor bar should be open now, if not very soon! Great date night restaurant!
