Looks cute, but with everything I'm hearing on her I just can't stand her. She does drugs or drinks too much and then blames it on whoever she is with. There's nothing wrong with partying and having fun, but don't act like you're a saint the next day and blame it on Bieber or most recently the Kardashian girls.
