DD wasting baby wipes
My DD figured out how to reach where i store the baby wipes. opened the packages herself and depleted 3 entire bags of them!!!! 3 bags of wipes just pulled out and wasted, strewn around her nursery!! Such an expensive waste. Has this happened to anyone else? I was wondering If I could have done something with them instead of dumping all of them.

You can take the wipes, stack them back up, and put them in a ziploc. I will sometimes keep wipes in a ziploc in my purse rather than bringing a whole pouch or paying for a travel pack.
You can also make little fabric squares and put them in the wipes containers and let baby play with them (take them out, put them back in, etc). I saw it on some blog.

Re: DD wasting baby wipes
DS did that once at my parents house. It was only 1 package of wipes, though. My mom threw them all away. I probably would have stuffed them back into the pouch to use them. Lol. Now we just try to keep them out of DS's reach and tell him "No" if he gets his hands on them. I don't know what else to do besides try to teach right from wrong. Babies break things, so wipes, IMO, is not that big of a deal.

Re: DD wasting baby wipes
Every time DD gets a hold of the wipes and stuff them back in. As long as they weren't sitting out too long.

I stuff them back in or put them in a ziplock. Dd's favorite game is emptying a wipe or tissue container.

Re: DD wasting baby wipes
Lol, DD just did this recently in order to "change" her baby doll. Her doll was buried in a tub's worth of wipes, with a diaper under her. I just stuffed them back in. I have to really make a conscious effort now to make sure all diapers and wipes are well out of her reach. Oh, and diaper cream too, though thank God she can't unscrew the top...yet!

Re: DD wasting baby wipes
I agree with putting them in a ziplock. If they are a little dry then just add a little water, seal the bag and they'll be good as new! Annoying, yes, but not a total waste
