How many hours a day does your 1 year old sleep?
Dd is 13 months and was sleeping 10 hours a night and about an hour during the day. I thought that was short but lately she's down to 9 hours a night, and still an hour nap. I thought at her age she needs more than that, but she seems fine - alert, energetic and happy.
She's never been a great sleeper so I'm just happy that she's been sttn most nights lately (finally!!!) but I wish she would sleep a little longer.

How many hours a day does your 1 year old sleep?
DS sleeps 10 hours a night usually (from 8-6) but sometimes I think he would sleep in longer if there wasn't always a small commotion going on upstairs.
For naps, he's usually down for about two hours a day. Sometimes less, sometimes more. But that's his average. He would totally take a nap at 5 if I let him, lol.
So he's almost the same as your dd. Averaging about 12 hours a day.

10-11 hours at night. During the day- it depends on how active he has been and what we're doing- anywhere from 1-3 hours worth of naps.

11-12 hours at night (6:30/7 - 6/6:30).
1-2 hours during the day (some days 1 nap, some days 2).

10-11 hours at night and then still 3-4 hours during the day. She still usually takes 2 naps at 17 months.

14mos and she sleeps 8-730/8ish. Then takes about 2-2.5hr nap and sometimes another 30-45m nap. But she still wakes in the night several times.

DD just about 14 months. She is finally sleeping 12 hours at night, but that is a fairly recent thing. She had only slept 10 hours up until around her first birthday. She has been down to one 1.5 hour nap for quite awhile now. I too was worried awhile back she wasn't getting enough sleep, but like your DD she was always happy. My ped assured me not all babies need the same amount of sleep.
Is she walking yet? DD started sleeping more when she became really good at walking. Not sure if it is a coincidence, but she def logs in quite a few miles a day so I am sure that tires her out!

My dd is 14 months and sleeps about 10/11 hours at night. Then she takes 2 naps and they range from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.

About 10-10.5 hours each night and cumulatively about 2-3 hrs. of naps across 2 naps.

boy hr nap and 10 hrs straight through the night

She's not walking yet so I'm hoping when she starts that will tire her out more.
