The "new" Mike and Molly
So, looks like they are changing one of my fav shows. So far not happy. I love the chemistry with the family and Mike and Molly. I'm reading that since she's become a big star they want to make her more silly like her movie roll characters.

DH and I watched last night.....so far, not liking the way this is heading. I had read that one of the creators/writers was leaving at the end of last season. I'm not liking the new direction, either. We'll see how it plays out if we continue to watch it.
DH and I always liked when Carl is on - we find him hilarious!

I love Melissa McCarthy--I watched the first episode of this show & didn't really get into it, but I don't like the sort of over the top comedy she does in movies. Bridesmaids was a success, so now it seems she is pigeon-holed. She was excellent in Gilmore Girls and her role, while small & funny, had more depth to it.
