GD girls -- breakfast?
What do you girls eat for breakfast? I've been having eggs every morning and no matter how I mix it up I am getting tired of them!
One day I did have some oatmeal and my number went really high.
Any suggestions?

GD girls -- breakfast?
I do not like eggs so I only have them on weekends.
During the week, I eat either half a ww english muffin with PB or an apple with a spoonful of PB. My # is always in the 90's with those.

I have a bowl (3/4 cup) of the Special K protein cereal with a few blueberries or raspberries.
