Is this enough variety?

My doctor preaches variety as the most important thing when it comes to feedings. He said it's not really even about daily variety but giving a weekly variety. I know I give her variety throughout the day but I'm not sure if I give her enough variety throughout the week. Can you tell me what you think?

In a given week:

drinks:
-BM
-Water
-Whole Milk

vegetables:
-eggplant
-corn
-sweet potato
-avocado
(rarely) -squash
(rarely) -carrots
(rarely) -broccoli
(rarely) -zucchini

fruits:
-banana
-watermelon
-peaches
-applesauce
-blueberries
-plums
-pears
(sometimes) -melon green and orange

grains:
-oatmeal
-teething biscuits
-rice cakes
-puffs
(sometimes) O's cereal
(sometimes) pasta
(rarely) quinoa

dairy:
-yogurt
-cheese (mostly just cheddar but if I have swiss, munster or mozz in the house she eats those)

protein:
-shredded chicken
-meatballs
(sometimes) -scrambled eggs

and if we go to the pizza place, she's been eating pizza lately.

Is this enough variety? what else can i do to give her weekly variety?

ETA:
things to try:
pancakes
cauliflower
green beans
beans
mango

Some of DD's staples include waffles, toast, rice, peas, green beans, crackers with peanut butter, plums, strawberries, whole grain goldfish, french toast, cold cuts, fish sticks, homemade chicken nuggets. I give her earth's best pouches sometimes too which gets in a few different things too. For example, last night she had spinach, lentil, and rice so the spinach and lentils were things she wouldn't normally have.

I'd add some beans for protein

Corn is pretty nutritionally void, so I would probably limit that and add more green veggies like green beans or zucchini. Cauliflower is very nutritious and easy for toddlers to eat.

Re: Is this enough variety?

you can try soups either home made or store bought, just watch the sodium. My dd likes lentil soup and barley soup with veggies blended up.

Also as far as fruits, pears are very easy to eat/serve and are very gentle on tummies!
DD also loves kiwi, mango, and strawberries. (I get frozen mango from TJ's because I find mango very hard to peel/cut)
