My Twins Pics & Update!
My precious twins are doing very well and making excellent progress. They are still in the Nicu and hoping we can take them home very soon! My daughter Lauren is just shy of 5lbs and is now in a crib. She is feeding with the bottle and holding her own temperature. We have to bring in the car seat for the car seat test. They are saying we may be able to bring her home by the end of the week!!! My son Tyler has a bit of catching up to do. He is still in the incubator and has some more weight to gain. He is feeding with the bottle and still doing very well. Could be another 2 weeks before he is home with us.
Mommy is recovery well at home. I was finally released from the hospital on Wednesday night. Having some high bp problems that they are trying to regulate. I had some tests run on me and my echo showed my heart slightly enlarged. Could be start of a bp problem so I have to follow up with my medical Dr and go see a cardiologist. Right now they have me on BP medicine and were able to find the right dosage to give me. It started to come down and never reached higher. I have an appt with the medical Dr tonight so I am hoping I get a perfect reading!!

Glad everyone is doing well!! A friend of mine gave birth at 27 weeks and still has to deal with BP problems and following up with doctors for her little guy. But they are all doing well. The thing the nurses and doctors told her and her DH was the biggest part of their son's recovery was that they were there all the time and SUPER supportive.

Thank You everyone!!!! Looks like my daughter will be coming home either tomorrow or Thursday!!! And my son is going into a crib possibly tomorrow! Won't be long before he is home! I just want to take them home!!!
