Umbilical Hernia
Did you get one during pregnancy? If so, did it clear up naturally after, or did you need surgery to fix it? I 'may' have the beginnings of one, per my doc, and wanted to see what others experienced with it. It doesn't bother me but I noticed my belly button looks diff this time than last, so I'm hoping since it's minimal, it'll clear up naturally. Ahhh, pregnancy.

Re: Umbilical Hernia
I didn't have one during pregnancy but my DD got one after she was born. The doctor said it would go away or she could have a cosmetic surgery to fix it if it didn't go away - but they wouldn't do that until she was at least 4. She is 7 months now and it went away on it's own. I think using those muscles - rolling, crawling around, standing on her feet really helped it go away.

Umbilical Hernia
I never knew I had one until I developed gall stones from my pregnancy!!! Apparently it's common to get gall bladder issues post partum. So I had my gb removed a few months ago. I go to my post op checkup and I'm told I also had an umbilical hernia that my surgeon fixed up while he was in the neighborhood it never bothered me. I never knew. He said it could come back but it's no big deal. I guess it was from the pregnancy...
